Your holiday cocktail game just got a serious upgrade: These are The BEST Christmas Margaritas, and the best part is, they're so simple and easy to throw together last-minute! If you are looking for the perfect holiday cocktail to serve at your Christmas / holiday party, or to help get the party started on Christmas morning, then look no further, because this is it!
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Sugar to rim the glass; you can also use salt if you prefer a more traditional margarita flavor
- ½ Cup Pomegranate Juice
- ¼ Cup Sparkling Water
- 4 Ounces Tequila
- 2 Ounces Cointreau
- 1 Lime Squeezed plus extra slices, for garnishing
- Ice Cubes
- ¼ Cup Frozen Cranberries
Start by pouring your vanilla sugar onto a plate.
Slice a small piece of your lime, and rub it along the rim of each glass, making sure that the liquid sticks to it.
Dip the rim into the sugar unit it’s fully-coated all the way around.
Next, in a shaker, add in the pomegranate juice, sparkling water, tequila, cointreau, and lime juice.
Shake for about 15-20 seconds, or until fully combined.
Add ice to each of the glasses.
Divide the margarita mixture between the two glasses.
Add in a few frozen cranberries to each glass.
Garnish with a slice of lime, and enjoy!
