This summer, we are ditching the cocktails and opting for a mocktail that not only tastes delicious, but also supports our gut health. Sounds too good to be true? Well, then you'll have to make this recipe for yourself and see just how good a mocktail can truly be! My Gut Healthy Mixed Berry Mocktail is a fun and delicious alcohol-free drink that is perfect for the whole family! It's loaded with fresh fruits and gut healthy ingredients, so you can support your body for both a good time and a long time.

- ¼ Cup Lime Juice this is about 1-2 limes, depending on the size
- 3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
- ¾ Cup Blueberries
- ¾ Cup Strawberries
- 2 Cups Coconut Water
- 2 Cups Club Soda or substitute for a sparkling water, like Topo Chico
Start by adding the mint leaves to a large pitcher and muddle them together.
Next, add in the lemon juice, lime juice, and honey, and stir until they are well-incorporated.
