PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE SMOOTHIE

SERVES 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coffee cooled
  • 1 cup almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon Manuka honey
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower or butternut squash optional
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or protein powder of choice

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender for about 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are combined. You may have to a little more almond milk, depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
  • Enjoy!
