PEANUT BUTTER COLD BREW SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coffee cooled
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3/4 cups frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed optional
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or any protein powder

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender for about 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are combined. You may have to a little more almond milk, depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
  • Enjoy!
