CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados⁣
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup⁣
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁣
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder⁣
  • 1/4 cup almond milk⁣
  • Pinch sea salt⁣

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until nice and smooth, making sure to scrape down the sides so the pudding is nice and creamy!
  • You can adjust consistency and taste by adding more almond milk, maple syrup, etc.
  • Add any toppings.
  • Enjoy!
