Preheat oven to 350.
Line an 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper (spray oil so it sticks).
In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips.
Blend/pulse until the batter is smooth. It should look like a creamier hummus!
Next, add the chocolate chips.
Mix and then transfer to the baking dish, using a spatula to make sure it’s even.
Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top and bake for 20-22 minutes.
Make sure to let this cool before slicing, so that they don’t fall apart.
Store extras in the fridge.
