This is my new favorite recipe! These are SO easy to make and SO delicious! And their healthy, protein-packed ingredients make them a perfect breakfast. I have been sharing this recipe with everyone I know – it’s amazing! Thank you!!!
Some modifications:
– I really like bananas, so I’ve been using 2 bananas for one batch
– My roommate is allergic to bananas, so when I made a batch for her I used pumpkin puree instead and they were delicious!
– I like to sprinkle flaky salt on the top right before I put in the oven
– I’ve been mixing walnuts in too and they give them a fun crunch
