Preheat oven to 400.
Line up the bread slices on a baking sheet.
Brush two tablespoons of the olive oil onto the bread slices.
Place the tray in the oven for 6-9 minutes.
Remove from the oven and make your topping!
Dice the tomatoes, onion, and basil.
Take a paper towel and lightly soak up the water from the tomatoes.
Place everything into a medium bowl, and add remaining olive oil
Toss gently until coated.
Use a spoon and add some bruschetta topping into each piece of bread
Drizzle balsamic vinegar on top and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
Enjoy immediately!
