NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE OATMEAL BARS

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 or 9x11 baking dish with parchment paper. Spray the inside of the dish with oil so the paper sticks.
  • In a small pan on the stove, melt coconut oil/butter, vanilla, and coconut sugar over low heat.
  • Stir for a few minutes. add the oats, stir again, and cover for 5-6 minutes. Make sure this is on low heat.
  • Transfer 3/4 of the mixture to the bottom of the baking dish and press down with a spatula.
  • Next, put the chocolate, peanut butter, and collagen (if using) into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Melt in 30 second intervals.
  • Stir together, leaving some PB clumps!
  • Pour over the oat mixture and then top with remaining oats.
  • Press down with spatula.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars!
  • Store in the refrigerator or freezer.Enjoy!
