In a large pot, add the pasta, sausage, artichoke hearts, olive oil, spinach, sea salt, pepper, and water.
Bring to a boil, using tongs to mix everything together make sure the pasta doesn't stick together
Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and cover.
Let cook over low heat for 8-9 minutes.
Once done, add the chives and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Adjust seasonings to taste! Enjoy!
