PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP QUESADILLAS

Ingredients

  • 2 sprouted whole grain tortillas
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 2-3 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Lay tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Using a knife, spread peanut butter evenly onto each tortilla. Slice banana into very thin coins.
  • Layer them onto HALF of each tortilla.
  • Next sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the bananas.
  • Now fold each tortilla in half.
  • Place non stick skillet on low/medium heat.
  • Place one or both quesadillas in the pan.
  • Let sit for about 3 min, then flip to the other for another 3 min.
    Enjoy!!!!!!
