Preheat oven to 350.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
If using a flax seed, make it in a small bowl and set aside to thicken.
In a medium bowl, add the almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt.
Mix well and then fold in the chocolate chips, followed by the egg/flax egg.
Form 12-16 cookies and bake for 10-11 minutes.
They will be nice and soft with a crunchy outside. Hope you guys love these as much as i do!
