BACON WRAPPED BROCCOLINI

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches organic broccolini
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 slices sugar-free bacon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and dry broccolini well and trim ends. Pro tip: if it’s not dry, it will burn quickly!
  • Add broccolini to a bowl and coat well with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Line uptake broccolini on the baking sheet and wrap tightly with the bacon.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked through.
  • The broccolini should be nice and crisp! ENJOY!
