CHOCOLATE SUNBUTTER SEA SALT COOKIES

gluten free flour (I like the bob's red mill, but there are different options out there)
pinch of cinnamon
dairy free chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the
, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
On a parchment lined baking sheet, form cookie balls.
Use your fork to make the cross cross.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let cool completely.
To make chocolate dipping sauce, place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
Dip your cookies and sprinkle with sea salt.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before devouring them!!!
