Chocolate SunButter Sea Salt Cookies

 May 10, 2018

CHOCOLATE SUNBUTTER SEA SALT COOKIES - INGREDIENTS1 cup gluten free flour (I like the bob’s red mill, but there are different options out there)1/4 cup maple syrup1/4 tsp salt1 cup organic @sunbutter 1 tsp vanilla extractpinch of cinnamon1 cup dairy free chocolate chips1 tsp coconut oil

One of these days i’ll slow down on the baking, but until then, welcome to my chocolate sunbutter sea salt cookies. I know I say this a lot – you need them in your life! I’m not exaggerating! I made them with organic @sunbutter, my fav sunflower seed butter that contains no added sugars or oils. Keep them in the fridge or freezer (I actually think they taste better frozen!) Here you go, friends!

  1. I made these and they turned out so goood! I added some melted peanut butter and some extra vanilla to the batter, as well as used homade sunfower seed butter! I drizzled more peanut butter on top and they were delcious!
