1 1/4cupgluten free flour (I like Bob’s Red MillGluten Free 1:1 flour)
1cupgluten free oats
1/4cupchopped pecans (plus more for topping)
1/2cupdairy free chocolate chips (plus more for topping)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Next, line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper (pro tip: spray your loaf pan with coconut oil or rub the pan with coconut oil BEFORE putting the parchment paper in—the oil holds the parchment paper in place!)
In a large bowl, mash your bananas.
Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and top with lots of extra chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
Bake for 75 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Get ready for your life to be changed!Enjoy!XO
