Place a large pot on the stove and add the oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the ground meat, along with the spices (chili powder, cumin, salt, and cayenne).
Saute for about one minute, then add the garlic, onions, zucchini, and carrots.
Saute for about 7 minutes more, until the the meat is cooked and the vegetables begin to soften.
Next, add the tomato sauce, beans, crushed tomatoes, corn, and water, stirring everything together well.
Bring everything to a boil.
Once everything is boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with crusty bread and toppings of choice.
