COZY GINGERBREAD LATTE

This cozy gingerbread latte is just that...COZY! It's dairy-free and packed with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and molasses, and the best part? This recipe makes two lattes - one for you and a friend.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups almond milk
  • 1 cup coffee, cooled or hot is ok!
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • whipped cream to top! dairy-free or regular

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the almond milk, coffee, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla extract, molasses, and maple syrup.
  • Blend vigorously until all of the spices and ingredients are combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan on the stove, over medium heat.
  • Once the mixture is nice and hot, divide it into two mugs.
  • Garnish with whipped cream (lots!) and extra cinnamon.
