If you haven't heard of the corn ribs craze yet, then get ready to have your world rocked. My Buffalo Corn Ribs are THE quintessential summertime snack, and are a plant-based twist on the ribs that you know and love. With corn in its peak season right now, this is the BEST time to make this recipe. I promise, it's going to be delicious!

  • 2 heads Corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Butter
  • 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce

  • First, cut your corn into 4 quarters.
  • Stand the corn up straight, hold it firmly and cut in half (from the top down). It might be a little difficult, but I have faith in you, you can do it! After you've cut the corn in half, lay the two pieces flat and slice once more, so that you have 4 pieces!
  • Repeat with the rest of your corn on the cob.
  • After that, coat your corn pieces in buffalo sauce.
  • Layy them in a single layer the air fryer and air fry at 400F for 10 minutes, flipping once half way through.
  • Pull them out of the air fryer, coat with more buffalo sauce, and eat...just like ribs!
  • Dip in your favorite sauce!
