SALTED CASHEW VANILLA BALLS

Ingredients

cup
oat flour
¼
cup
coconut flour
½
cup
maple syrup
1
scoop collagen peptides (optional)
1
tsp
vanilla extract
¾
cup
creamy cashew butter
½
tsp
sea salt + sea salt flakes for on top
½
cup
dairy free chocolate chips + more to melt and drizzle on top
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor.
The dough should be thick.
Transfer to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
Form 10 balls with your hands and place them on a plate.
Melt chocolate of choice, drizzle on top, and add sea salt flakes!
