To make these mousse cups, start by preparing the mousse. Add the greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, and maple syrup to a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
Divide the yogurt mixture between four individual jars. Set them aside.
Next, in a separate bowl, mix together the creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, and water, until the mixture is smooth and easy to drizzle.
Drizzle the mixture evenly on top of each jar.
Then, prepare the chocolate topping. Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl.
Transfer them to the microwave and microwave them in 2-3, 30 second increments, stirring in-between. You can also do this on the stove, using the double-boiler method.
Once the chocolate is melted, spoon it evenly on top of each jar.
Then, crush the peanuts and sprinkle them on top, followed by the sea salt.
Once the mousse cups have been prepared, transfer them to the fridge and allow them to set for a minimum of one hour.
Once the mousse cups have set and the chocolate has hardened, remove them from the fridge. Serve and enjoy!
