If you're looking for a sweet, summer cocktail that will make you feel like you've been transported straight to the Italian Coast, then this is the recipe for you. My Strawberry Aperol Spritz is bursting with notes of zesty oranges and fresh strawberries, making it feel like summer in a glass. Plus, this cocktail requires only four ingredients, making it so simple and easy to whip up on a warm summer afternoon!
- 4-6 Fresh Strawberries tops removed and sliced into small pieces
- 6 oz Aperol
- 6 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz Club Soda
Start by washing and chopping your strawberries, then add them to the bottom of your cocktail glasses.
Next, taking a muddler or a spoon, muddle your strawberries as much as possible. We want to get all of the juice out of them that we can!
Then, pour your Prosecco, Aperol, and club soda into the glasses.
Top your drink with more fresh strawberry slices and fresh orange slices, if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
