Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Fresh Strawberries tops removed and sliced into small pieces
  • 6 oz Aperol
  • 6 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz Club Soda

Instructions

  • Start by washing and chopping your strawberries, then add them to the bottom of your cocktail glasses.
  • Next, taking a muddler or a spoon, muddle your strawberries as much as possible. We want to get all of the juice out of them that we can!
  • Then, pour your Prosecco, Aperol, and club soda into the glasses.
  • Top your drink with more fresh strawberry slices and fresh orange slices, if desired.
  • Serve and enjoy!
