Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Sweet Potato I recommend using frozen sweet potato; if using fresh, be sure to add an extra cup of ice!
  • ½ Apple of Choice
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Maca Powder this is optional but highly recommended!
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Almond Extract
  • ¾ - 1 Cup Milk of Choice
  • 1 Teaspoon Hemp Hearts optional; for garnishing

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend on high until they're fully combined.
  • If needed, you can pause the blender, remove the lid, and scrape down the sides so that everything is fully incorporated.
  • Once done, serve and enjoy! This recipe makes one large smoothie, or two normal-sized ones!
