In a blender, add the strawberries, 1/4 cup of the coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of the agave/maple syrup, and 3 ounces tequila.
Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
Rinse blender.
Add pineapple, remaining 1/4 cup of the coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of the agave/maple syrup, and 3 ounces tequila.
Blend until smooth.
Now alternate pouring the strawberry mixture and pineapple mixture into the popsicle molds until each mold is full.
Freeze overnight, and enjoy the next day!
