TEQUILA STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE POPSICLES

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk use the full fat coconut milk from a can, just mix it well⁣
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries⁣
  • 1 ½ cups chopped fresh pineapple⁣
  • 2 tablespoons agave or maple syrup⁣
  • 6 ounces tequila⁣

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the strawberries, 1/4 cup of the coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of the agave/maple syrup, and 3 ounces tequila.
  • Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
  • Rinse blender.
  • Add pineapple, remaining 1/4 cup of the coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of the agave/maple syrup, and 3 ounces tequila.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Now alternate pouring the strawberry mixture and pineapple mixture into the popsicle molds until each mold is full.
  • Freeze overnight, and enjoy the next day!
