Green goddess dressing is a classic creamy dressing that is known for its bright, fresh flavor and thick, velvety texture. But have you ever tried a green goddess dressing made with Greek yogurt? My version of the beloved dressing- the Ultimate Green Goddess Dressing- packs an extra punch of protein, making it a healthy and delicious option for anyone looking to add some extra nutrition to their meals. It's so good, I could practically drink it, which is why I'm so excited to share it with you!
1 Food Processor
I love this one by Cuisinart
- 1 Cup Fresh herbs of choice lightly packed; I used chives, basil, dill and parsley!
- 2 Tablespoons Tarragon Leaves
- ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Cloves Garlic mashed
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
To make this dressing, simply add all of your ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth, making sure to leave small chunks of herbs for some texture and flavor!
Once done, store your dressing in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to one week. Enjoy!
