Ingredients

  • Cup So Delicious Coco Whip
  • ¼ Cup Vanilla Protein Powder I use Truvani!
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Paste
  • 3 Shots Espresso
  • 1 Packet Poca Vanilla Syrup Get Poca here.
  • ¾ Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Dot Sprinkles

Instructions

  • To make this latte, start by making the whipped topping. In a bowl, mix together the coco whip, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla paste until smooth and fully combined.
  • Place the bowl in the freezer while you prepare the rest of the drink.
  • Next, build your latte. In a glass, add the vanilla syrup packet along with the espresso shots. Fill the glass with ice, then pour the almond milk over the top.
  • Finally, remove the whipped topping from the freezer and scoop it generously over the top of the latte. Finish with dot sprinkles.
