Crunchy pickles come together with creamy sour cream and toasted breadcrumbs for a dip that is an explosion of flavors and textures. Introducing my Viral "Fried" Pickle Dip, a flavorful dip that has been making waves across social media! It's perfect for serving alongside potato chips, and will be the fan-favorite snack at your next Game Day celebration.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • ¾ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Cups Dill Pickles chopped
  • 2 Cups Sour Cream
  • 1 Packet Ranch Seasoning
  • Fresh Dill chopped; optional

Instructions

  • To make this pickle dip, start by heating a pan, on the stove, over medium heat, and add in the butter.
  • Once the butter is melted, add in the panko breadcrumbs and toast until fragrant - this should take approximately 3-5 minutes. Once it's done, remove it from the heat and set it aside.
  • Next, chop the pickles and add them to a bowl alongside the majority of the breadcrumbs (be sure to reserve some for topping!), sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
  • Mix the ingredients together well. It will be thick, and if you desire a thinner consistency, you can use a little water or pickle juice to "thin" it out.
  • Then, transfer the dip to a serving plate. Top with the remaining breadcrumbs ands fresh dill, if desired.
  • Finally, serve with chips and enjoy!
