But say goodbye to traditional shaved ice, because we're kicking things up a notch with my Viral TikTok 1-Ingredient Shaved Ice. This shaved ice is made with fresh fruit for a sweet and refreshing kick - no shaved ice maker required! Plus, my version is topped with coconut condensed milk and tajin for a sweet, salty, and spicy kick that everyone will enjoy!
- 2 Cups Frozen Watermelon Chunks
- 2 Teaspoons Tajin Seasoning
- 2 Teaspoons Coconut Condensed Milk or substitute regular condensed milk for a non-vegan option!
To make this recipe, start by chopping and freezing the watermelon (or fruit of choice) overnight.
The next day, when you’re ready to make this recipe, remove the fruit from the freezer and using a box grater or a microplane, grate the fruit into a bowl. You’ll want to work quickly, so that the fruit doesn’t melt!
Once your fruit is all grated, top the shaved ice with the coconut condensed milk and tajin. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
