2 Sticks Butter softened; you can also use vegan butter to keep this recipe dairy-free! 1 Lemon zested 1 Pinch Flaky Sea Salt 6 Cloves Garlic 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil for sautéing the garlic in ½ Bunch Chives chopped ½ Cup Salted Marcona Almonds chopped 1 Teaspoon Aleppo Pepper
Start by taking your softened butter and spread it across a cutting board
Next, squeeze the juice of one lemon on top of the butter, and add a generous sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Then, put your board to the side.
Now prepare the garlic; heat some olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add in the garlic once the oil is hot.
Sauté the garlic for about 3-4 minutes, or until it’s golden and crispy.
Once it’s done, remove it from the heat and let it cool for 2 minutes.
While the garlic is cooling, prepare the rest of the toppings for the board; chop the chives and marcona almonds and sprinkle them across the board.
Once the garlic is cool, add the garlic, then top everything with a little more flaky sea salt and Aleppo pepper.
Serve immediately with your favorite, crusty bread, and enjoy!
