This viral recipe is the best thing since charcuterie boards... and it is currently taking TikTok by storm. That's right, my version of the TikTok Viral Butter Board is a fun and creative recipe will have you enjoying traditional bread and butter like never before. Plus, it comes together in only 10 minutes, and is perfect for serving a large crowd. With the holidays right around the corner, this is the perfect recipe to keep in your back pocket and make for all of your holiday events!

Ingredients

  • 2 Sticks Butter softened; you can also use vegan butter to keep this recipe dairy-free!
  • 1 Lemon zested
  • 1 Pinch Flaky Sea Salt
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil for sautéing the garlic in
  • ½ Bunch Chives chopped
  • ½ Cup Salted Marcona Almonds chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Aleppo Pepper

Instructions

  • Start by taking your softened butter and spread it across a cutting board
  • Next, squeeze the juice of one lemon on top of the butter, and add a generous sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Then, put your board to the side.
  • Now prepare the garlic; heat some olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add in the garlic once the oil is hot. 
  • Sauté the garlic for about 3-4 minutes, or until it’s golden and crispy.
  • Once it’s done, remove it from the heat and let it cool for 2 minutes.
  • While the garlic is cooling, prepare the rest of the toppings for the board; chop the chives and marcona almonds and sprinkle them across the board.
  • Once the garlic is cool, add the garlic, then top everything with a little more flaky sea salt and Aleppo pepper.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite, crusty bread, and enjoy!
