Equipment

  • 1 Blender  I love my Vitamix blender, and will always recommend it!

Ingredients

  • 1 Watermelon Just the rinds; remove the flesh and eat it later!
  • ½ Cup Water

Instructions

  • Start by removing the rinds off your watermelon and placing them in a high-speed blender (like a Vitamix.)
  • Next, pour your water into the blender, and blend until the rinds become smooth and creamy. You may need to use a paddle, if your blender has one, to ensure that the rinds are fully incorporated!
  • Then, once your mixture is done, pour it into an ice cube tray.
  • Cover and freeze overnight.
  • Once your cubes are fully frozen, remove them from the freezer and add them into smoothies or juices, as desired! Store any leftovers back in the freezer for up to three months. Enjoy!
