My White Chocolate Dipped "Oreos" are a healthy twist on your traditional Oreo cookies, and are layered with decadent white chocolate and heart-shaped sprinkles that are sure to make anybody fall in-love! Oh, and this recipe just happens to be dairy-free and vegan-friendly, which makes this treat extra sweet!

1TeaspoonCoconut Oil

Instructions
Start by pouring your white chocolate chips into a bowl and adding in the coconut oil.
Place your bowl in the microwave and heat for two, 30-second increments, stirring between each one. If you don’t have a microwave, you can use the double-boiler method on the stove.
Once the chocolate is melted, set it aside.
Pour your sprinkles into a separate bowl.
Carefully dip each Oreo cookie into the white chocolate, and then, roll it in the sprinkles.
Once the cookies are fully coated, transfer them to a lined tray or plate.
Refrigerate the cookies for 20 minutes or until the chocolate fully sets.
