Ingredients

  • 1 Package Oreo Cookies I use the Newman's Own organic Oreo cookies
  • 1 Package White Chocolate Chips I use the Lily's brand as an option that is both dairy-free and refined sugar-free!
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 Package Heart Shaped Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Start by pouring your white chocolate chips into a bowl and adding in the coconut oil.
  • Place your bowl in the microwave and heat for two, 30-second increments, stirring between each one. If you don’t have a microwave, you can use the double-boiler method on the stove.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, set it aside.
  • Pour your sprinkles into a separate bowl.
  • Carefully dip each Oreo cookie into the white chocolate, and then, roll it in the sprinkles.
  • Once the cookies are fully coated, transfer them to a lined tray or plate.
  • Refrigerate the cookies for 20 minutes or until the chocolate fully sets.
  • Eat and enjoy!
