    AIR FRIED CAULIFLOWER GNOCCHI - INGREDIENTS1 package of Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchiavocado or coconut oil

    If you’re wondering if you should buy that air fryer that’s all over Tik Tok, then the answer is YES—you absolutely should. Aside from the fact that you can air fry almost anything and make it 10x better than it was before, this air fryer hack that I’m about to teach you will change your view on cauliflower FOREVER. Now, I don’t say that lightly, but seriously, this recipe is ridiculously easy, takes virtually no time whatsoever, and will give you the most delicious and nutritious quick and easy snack.
     
    I learned about this trick from my friend, Rachel Mansfield (@rachlmansfield) and it is SO GOOD I COULD DIE. Seriously, if you have an air fryer then you need to run and make this right now.
     
    The key to making this recipe is a bag of the @traderjoes Cauliflower Gnocchi. I know, I know, everyone has been talking about these for forever now, but trust me when I say that this is the absolute BEST way to make them! Ignore the instructions on the packaging because this is way better than what they tell you. When you put these into the air fryer, they become little puffs that are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Does it get any better than this?!
     
    Now, if you’re wondering which air fryer you should get to make these pillowy puffs of goodness, This is the one I recommend. I’m not by any means an air fryer expert, but I have to say that I’m pretty happy with my decision. I chose this one based on price, reviews, and comparisons to others on the market, and so far it hasn’t failed me yet!

    How to make air fried cauliflower gnocchi

    This recipe really couldn’t be any simpler! All you need are two ingredients: cauliflower gnocchi and oil (I prefer to use avocado or coconut). Simply set your air fryer to 400°, spray your frozen cauliflower gnocchi with oil (no need to defrost!) and pop them in for 16 minutes. Plate immediately and serve with your favorite sauce- I love eating mine with ketchup.

    Ingredients

    • 1 package of Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi
    • avocado or coconut oil

    Instructions 

    1. Set the air fryer it to 400 degrees for 16 minutes.
    2. Spray the Cauliflower Gnocchi with a little avocado oil/coconut oil, and that's it.
    3. Toss them in frozen, no need to defrost.
    4. I paired mine with organic ketchup.
