    CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PUDDING

    Ingredients

    • 2 ripe avocados⁣
    • 4 tablespoons maple syrup⁣
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁣
    • ¼ cup raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder⁣
    • ¼ cup almond milk⁣
    • Pinch sea salt⁣

    Instructions 

    1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until nice and smooth, making sure to scrape down the sides so the pudding is nice and creamy!
    2. You can adjust consistency and taste by adding more almond milk, maple syrup, etc.
    3. Add any toppings.
    4. Enjoy!

      Just tried this, it’s so so good and so easy! Love the consistency. Didn’t have almond milk at home so use oat milk, and it’s was delicious.

      I hosted a st. Patrick’s day dinner and served this pudding in ramekins for dessert with a mashed Oreo crust and topped with crumbled graham crackers. I didn’t add any festive green so I said it was the avocado! Everyone loved the taste. I will be making this again.
