Grab your blender!
Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
Blend for 30-45 seconds until just incorporated.
Transfer to a bowl.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Allow batter to set for about 3-4 minutes so the batter thickens slightly.
Spray cooking pan with spray and spoon about two tablespoons batter, forming pancakes.
I usually do 2-3 pancakes at a time so I don’t overcrowd they pan.
Once the pancakes start bubbling (about 2 minutes in), flip to the other side for another minute, then transfer to a plate.
Repeat until all the batter is used and add toppings!
