    IMMUNITY BOOSTING PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

    Ingredients

    • 1 frozen banana
    • ½ cup frozen mango
    • 1 orange (I used a sumo citrus)
    • 1 ½ cups almond milk
    • 1 tsp ground turmeric
    • 1 tsp ground ginger
    • 1 heaping scoop Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein

    Instructions 

    1. In a high speed blender, combine all of the ingredients.
    2. This will be a thick smoothie and you might need to add more liquid and scrape down the sides as you blend, but after one minute or so, the consistency will be a nice thick smoothie!
    3. Mine is topped with freeze dried strawberries from Trader Joe’s!
    4. Enjoy!

      Banana, mango, orange, ginger, turmeric, milk what a combo.
      It is like summer in a cup.
      It brightens your day as you drink it….so so yummy.
