Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  • This will be a thick smoothie and you might need to add more liquid and scrape down the sides as you blend, but after one minute or so, the consistency will be a nice thick smoothie!
  • Mine is topped with freeze dried strawberries from Trader Joe’s!
  • Enjoy!
