Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 orange (I used a sumo citrus)
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 heaping scoop Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein
Instructions
- In a high speed blender, combine all of the ingredients.
- This will be a thick smoothie and you might need to add more liquid and scrape down the sides as you blend, but after one minute or so, the consistency will be a nice thick smoothie!
- Mine is topped with freeze dried strawberries from Trader Joe’s!
- Enjoy!
