These cups are gluten free, refined sugar free, vegan, nut free, and no bake. I think I covered all the bases, yes?
- 1 cup organic Sun Butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- dairy free chocolate to sprinkle on top
- hemp seeds to sprinkle on top
Line a muffin tin with parchment liners.
Mix together the Sun Butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon in a bowl.
Pour mixture into the cups, about 1/2 full.
Sprinkle the chocolate and hemp seeds on top and place in the freezer for 45 minutes.
Keep these covered and stored in the freezer. Enjoy! XO
