Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper (spray inside with oil first so that the parchment paper sticks). In a food processor or high speed blender, add the filling mixture and pulse/blend until you have a jam-like consistency.
Next, add the crust ingredients to a medium size bowl and mix well.
Place half the mixture into the baking dish and use a spatula to press down evenly.
Pour the filling mixture in and spread evenly.
Top with remaining crust mixture.
Then sprinkle a little cinnamon on top!
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool completely and cut into 12 squares.
Store in the fridge.Enjoy!!!!
