PEANUT BUTTER CUP MUG CAKE - INGREDIENTS5 tablespoons almond flour2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted1 pasture raised egg, whisked 2 tablespoons cacao powder1/2 teaspoon baking powder2 tablespoons maple syrup4 Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (the MINI size peanut butter cups)

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 pasture raised egg, whisked 
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (the MINI size peanut butter cups)

Instructions

  • In a large mug, whisk the egg well. 
  • Add remaining ingredients, except the chopped peanut butter cups. 
  • Whisk until smooth. 
  • Add chopped peanut butter cups on top. 
  • Microwave for 1.5 minutes. or, bake at 350 for 15 minutes. 
  • I always enjoy mine with almond milk poured on top as soon as it comes out of the oven. 
  • Enjoy!
