Ingredients

almond flour

tbsp
coconut oil, melted

pasture raised egg, whisked
2
tbsp
cacao powder
¾
tsp
baking powder

tbsp
maple syrup

Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
, chopped (the MINI size peanut butter cups)
Instructions
In a large mug, whisk the egg well.
Add remaining ingredients, except the chopped peanut butter cups.
Whisk until smooth.
Add chopped peanut butter cups on top.
Microwave for 1.5 minutes. or, bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
I always enjoy mine with almond milk poured on top as soon as it comes out of the oven.
