Ingredients
- 1 ½ frozen bananas
- ½ cup ice
- 1 cup non dairy milk (I used oat milk)
- 2 scoops Lilsipper Vanilla Probiotic Protein Powder (or Ancient Nutrition Collagen or protein of choice)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cacao
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional, but recommend for hormone balancing and a malty taste!)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (I used Georgia Grinders)
- 1 small piece of chocolate, grated (I used Alter Eco Blackout)
Instructions
- Blend everything in a high speed blender.
- You might have to scrape down the sides and adjust with a little more liquid, but start with these measurements, because THIQ smoothies are the best!!!!!!!
- Top with grated chocolate.
