Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN SMOOTHIE - INGREDIENTS1 1/2 frozen bananas1/2 cup ice1 cup non dairy milk (I used oat milk)2 scoops Lilsipper Vanilla Probiotic Protein Powder (or Ancient Nutrition Collagen or protein of choice)2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao1 teaspoon maca powder (optional, but recommend for hormone balancing and a malty taste!)1 tablespoon peanut butter (I used Georgia Grinders)1 small piece of chocolate, grated (I used Alter Eco Blackout)

  • Blend everything in a high speed blender. 
  • You might have to scrape down the sides and adjust with a little more liquid, but start with these measurements, because THIQ smoothies are the best!!!!!!! 
  • Top with grated chocolate.
