            Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee, hot
 - ⅔ cup non dairy milk of choice, hot
 - ⅓ cup unsalted peanuts (or peanut butter)
 - 2 medjool dates, pitted
 - 1 tbsp chocolate chips
 - 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
 - Sea salt flakes, to sprinkle on top
 
Instructions
- In a high speed blender, add all of the ingredients, and blend for 1-2 minutes, until the latte is completely smooth.
 - Sprinkle sea salt and shaved chocolate on top.

I made this yesterday honestly wasn’t sure what to expect with this one even though I love peanut butter, but it is amazing! I didn’t have chocolate to shave on top so I sprinkled some cocoa powder on on top with the sea salt and I subbed maple syrup because I’m out of dates. As usual with your lattes, I make the full cup of coffee with about half the add-ins because I really like to taste my coffee. Debating making this one again already today!
