Strawberry Almond Butter Snack Bites

I am always looking for fun and easy snacks to make, so if you are too, try these yummy Strawberry Almond Butter Snack Bites!

They are so easy to make and super customizable too—if nut butter isn’t your thing, fill them with a thick Greek yogurt or sunflower seed butter!

And of course any granola will work, but if you are gluten-free, then be sure to pick up a gluten-free version.

STRAWBERRY ALMOND BUTTER SNACK BITES

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries about 14 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  • Wash and dry your strawberries.
  • Slice them in half.
  • Spread a little bit of the almond nutter on each strawberry half.
  • Dip one strawberry half in the chocolate chips and the other half in the granola, then squish them together to form a “sandwich.”
  • These are best enjoyed right away for maximum freshness, but will be totally fine in the refrigerator for a few hours!
  • Enjoy!
