    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of frozen cherries
    • ¼ cup chia seeds (you can use fresh cherries, but you need to remove the pits)

    Instructions

    1. Place the cherries and chia seeds in a small pot over low / medium heat, stirring constantly and mashing the cherries.
    2. After about 5-7 minutes, remove from heat and let sit for about 5 minutes. The chia will gel and the jam thickens!
    3. Store any extra in the fridge for up to one week.

Hello! We have a TON of plums from our tree this year and I would like to try to make a ham like this. Would this work with plums, or do you have any recommendations for making plum jam/jelly?
