
Ingredients
- ¾ can full fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour (or arrowroot)
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions
- In a small pot on the stove, whisk together all ingredients except for the tapioca / arrowroot flour.
- Bring to a light boil, then reduce heat to low and stir gently for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add tapioca / arrowroot, and mix together well so there are no chunks.
- Gently stir on and off for about 20 minutes, letting it cool.
- The sauce will thicken only slightly but the taste will be insane!!
