VEGAN SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE

Ingredients
¾
can
full fat coconut milk
2
tbsp
tapioca flour (or arrowroot)
¼
cup
coconut sugar
1
tbsp
coconut oil
1
tsp
vanilla extract
½
tsp
sea salt
¼
cup
maple syrup
Instructions
In a small pot on the stove, whisk together all ingredients except for the tapioca / arrowroot flour.
Bring to a light boil, then reduce heat to low and stir gently for about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and add tapioca / arrowroot, and mix together well so there are no chunks.
Gently stir on and off for about 20 minutes, letting it cool.
The sauce will thicken only slightly but the taste will be insane!!
