Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers peeled and diced
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 Bunch Mint
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions both whites and greens, chopped
  • 1 Cup Italian Parsley chopped
  • Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Sumac

Instructions

  • Start by chopping all of your veggies and herbs, and adding them to a large bowl.
  • Next, add in your wet ingredients and toss to fully combine.
