My 2 Minute Easy Chocolate Cashew Milk comes together with just a few simple ingredients and truly tastes like the creamiest, most delicious chocolate milk. It tastes delicious inside of your favorite smoothies or coffee, and the best part is: the cashews don't require any pre-soaking. Meaning, this is truly a 2 minute recipe!
- 1 ½ Cups Raw Cashews no need to soak them beforehand!
- ⅓ Cup Maple Syrup
- 3 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ Cup Maca Powder this is optional, but the maca powder adds a delicious, malty flavor to this recipe!
- 6 Cups Cold Water
- ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
To make this cashew milk, add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 2 minutes, until the liquid is completely smooth and no chunks of cashews remain.
Once it's done, transfer it to large jars and store it in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy it. It should stay good in the fridge for up to one week!
