If you've ever had the infamous Dole Whip at Disneyland, then you are going to LOVE my healthy take on this classic recipe! My 3-Ingredient High-Protein Dole Whip is a delicious, protein-packed, vegan-friendly treat that will not only unlock some of that Disneyland nostalgia, but will also help cool you down in the warm summer months! This recipe also happens to be dairy-free and grain-free, so it's the perfect healthy treat!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender I love my Vitamix blender, and will always recommend it!

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Pineapple Chunks
  • ½ Cup Coconut Cream
  • 1 Scoop Collagen Peptides

Instructions

  • Start by opening your can of pineapple separate the chunks from the liquid. Save the liquid and store it in a separate container for later. If using a fresh pineapple be sure to completely remove the rind and slice it into chunks.
  • Add your pineapple chunks to a container and freeze until frozen solid - usually overnight.
  • Then, once your pineapple is frozen, add the chunks to a high-speed blender alongside the liquid from the can, the coconut cream, and the collagen peptides.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to make sure all of the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Serve and enjoy!
